The Doctors really care about my sobriety and the path I'm taking. They are extremely invested in the health of their patients. I recommend them highly. Moving to them was the best decision I made. They are great w scheduling and work hard to accommodate their patients whatever situation may arise. Look no further they are great!!!

Top 3 mistakes when choosing an Opioid Clinic:
1) They wean you too fast
2) They charge a lot of MONEY!!
3) You're just another number to them!

Suboxone Treatment for Opioid Dependence
Suboxone Treatment for Opioid Dependence
Medication is available for those struggling to stay sober from prescription painkillers and illicit drug dependence. An FDA-Approved pharmacologic treatment with Buprenorphine is available to help suppress withdrawal symptoms and daily cravings. Patients may transition, with Buprenorphine, into a lifestyle compatible with "In Recovery".
Our Products and Services
Suboxone
We Prescribe Suboxone, a combination of buprenorphine/naloxone which is marketed under the brand name Suboxone®.
Our $180 1st clinic visit includes tests & follow up.
Maintenance visits every 4 weeks are $180
Induction
Switch from current opioid ( prescription pain killers, heroin, or methadone) to Suboxone. Urine specimen is required to confirm presence of opioids. If never taken Suboxone, initial dose will be monitored. ( No Suboxone held on premises).
Intake
Comprehensive substance dependence assessment, as well as a mental status evaluation and physical exam. Pros and Cons will be discuss and treatment maintenance including medically supervised withdrawal discussion.
Stabilization
Once appropriate dose of Suboxone/Subutex is established, you and your doctor will discuss treatment options for this point forward. Length of treatment may vary depending on your individual need.
Maintenance
Treatment compliance and progress will be monitored. Participation in a 12-Step Program (NA/AA) is required. Behavioral counseling is strongly encouraged. Initially visits are scheduled. Eventually, when treatment progress is in gear and goals are met, monthly visits will commence.
1st Office Visit
May last up to 1 hour. Suboxone may cause drowsiness, particularly 1st office visit, so a driver home is recommended. Must arrive experiencing mild opioid withdrawal symptoms. If not in withdrawal, Buprenorphine may "override" the opioids in your system and may cause severe withdrawal symptoms. No methadone/long-acting painkiller for 24 hours or heroin/short-acting pain killer for 4-6 hours. Urine Sample will be collected.
